Adult signature is required upon delivery of all orders.  Products are intended for tobacco use only.  

 

SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

Orders SHIP WITHIN 3-BUSINESS DAYS of (1) your payment posting, or (2) your response to inquiries regarding your order.  We are a small studio and while most of our orders ship the next day, there are times when it could take us as many as two or three.

RETURNS

All concerns including breakage and quality concerns must be reported to us in writing within 36-hours of your carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) marking your package delivered.  We accept returns for any reason so long as they are reported within that time frame.  

USED ITEMS are NEVER eligible for return/refund/exchange/credit and should never be placed in the mail.  If a used item is returned to us, it will be discarded immediately, Buyer forfeits all credits/refunds/exchanges and future orders will be rejected.

All orders shipped outside the United States are final.

ALL SALES CONTINGENT UPON BUYER'S AGREEMENT TO USE REASONABLE DILIGENCE TO ENSURE LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS ARE OBEYED REGARDING THE USE, MARKETING AND PURCHASE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS IN EACH MUNICIPALITY IN WHICH THE ITEMS ARE TO BE DELIVERED.

SELLER MAY CANCEL AND REFUND ANY ORDER AT ANY TIME WITHOUT CAUSE.
